2. What data we process and why

Booking requests: full name, phone, email, number of guests, date, time and any notes you add (which may include allergies or intolerances). The form on this website does not send or store this data on any server: it prepares your request on your own device and you send it to us by WhatsApp or email. We use the data to handle and confirm your booking.

Enquiries by phone, email or WhatsApp (for example about events): the data you give us in them, so we can reply.

3. Legal basis

Bookings and enquiries: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you tell us about an allergy, we use it only to prepare your meal safely, with your explicit consent when you send it (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

Running and securing the site: legitimate interest in providing and protecting the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry data are kept for up to 12 months after the booking date or the last communication, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

5. Recipients and service providers

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver and protect the website.

If you send your request by WhatsApp, the message travels through WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited) under its own terms and privacy policy, and we receive it on the restaurant's number. If you send it by email, it travels through your email provider.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with appropriate safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Children under 14 should not submit data through this site.

7. Cookies and local storage

This site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools, and loads no third-party resources when you visit, unless you open the interactive map (fonts are served from our own server).

We use your browser's session storage (sessionStorage) only to remember, during your visit, that you have already passed the entrance of the page and which time of day you chose. It is cleared when you close the browser and is not used for analytics or advertising.

In the “Visit us” section you can open an interactive Google Maps map. It only loads if you click “Show interactive map”; from then on Google receives technical data such as your IP address and may set its own cookies, under its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Until then a static map image is shown (© OpenStreetMap). Links to Google Maps, Instagram or Facebook take you to external services with their own privacy policies.

If we ever add non-essential cookies, we will ask for your consent first.
